Valeri Tetrashvili

Valeri Tetrashvili was arrested on December 7 in Kazbegi. His lawyer argues he had no contact with other detainees, making it impossible to have organized group actions. The only evidence is a video showing him throwing a piece of cardboard that clearly did not hit anyone. None of the police officer 'victims' could identify him. The arresting officer claimed to be 'directly looking at Tetrashvili' despite not being physically present at the location.
